Ingredients
Marinate ingredients (per chicken breast or 250-300g of other protein)

garlic powder

potato starch
(cornflour is an okay substitute but doesn't crisp as well)

light soy sauce

salt
⅙
tsp
bicarb soda
⅙
tsp
MSG
(optional)

olive oil
Instructions
Slice the protein against the grain (very important)
Mix in all of the above ingredients and massage in by hand.
Let it rest for a minimum of an hour before cooking, preferably overnight
